Title: Shorter clutch cable for clip ons?
Post by: oxford on December 15, 2019, 04:13:27 PM
Anyone have a part number or a different bike application for a shorter clutch cable to use with clip ons?  I know Mark had mentioned using one from a 250 ninja but you have to modify the block.  I'll probably go that route if I can't find a shorter stock cable.

yup. all you need to do it run an m8 tap thru it.  later you can still use if for a stock cable if you need to revert it back.  :twocents:

Is it the 88-07 250s or the 08+ ones?

Try yambits. Pretty sure they have a clutch cable for "low bars".

Thanks, I'll probably just go this route then.

Thanks, had I seen they had one I would have got it from them.  I think I already ordered twice from them.
