Hmm ! Didnt notice until now But the carbs are by me Not B&E  as well as the porting  . Dont know how that happened  . Richstaylordporting , I will have to ask Bob

You were mentioned for porting in the credits.  Maybe they had to spend time tweaking the jetting and felt they deserved the credit for getting the carbs right.

38mm is pretty big though.

The venturi dividers make a big carb behave like smaller carbs opening in series , velicity stays up through all throttle positions . He did earn the #1 plate that year on east coast . I actuall did two bikes for Bob and his brother Joe  . They look like twins but there are differences in what I did. You can see both on the testimonial page of my web site .
