How much oil goes into forks for 1977 rd400 using progressive springs and what is the best density for street riding ?

I usually start at 200ml of 15wt.

I asked the "what weight fork oil" question about a month ago and the consensus seemed to be 20wt, unless you are using emulators then 15wt. Here is a link to my post and the replies:
