That listing is a little deceiving, 1969-1975 is not the same frame.  It looks like a late model, 73-75 frame but I am not positive if they were all the same. 

I don't really see the value in the frame either, especially at $2000.

If there was no title and it cannot be titled, it would just be an expensive paperweight to me.

I like how in the description he says good replacement for your damaged or missing frame. How does a frame go missing?)
