That's one of Derek Stone's customs. He's based in El Cajon (San Diego area)

I really like that extended RD400 tank. On my RD350, the tank could easily be 4" longer without any issue for me, and I'm only 5'9. I currently have moderate rearsets, pegs close to swing arm pivot.
Maybe I'll have to order an alloy tank from John Williams.......
