This 1977 Italycar Ferrarina is a 1/2 scale children's car modeled after the Ferrari 312T2 driven by Niki Lauda during the 1976 Formula 1 season. Built by the Bologna, Italy firm Italycar, the car features a 60cc two-stroke single-cylinder engine mated to a two-speed gearbox. The fiberglass body is mounted over a tubular space-frame, and other equipment includes an electric starter, disc brakes, and adjustable suspension.

Also in the background of the photos is a March 90P champ car, a famously unsuccessful Porsche powered Champ car that competed in 1990. Then there's a Penske PC19 Champ Car which also competed in '90.
