Love those little things.
I lived in England for a while, and would often see those, or the funny little BMW Isettas at car shows.

4 speeds forward and the same 4 in reverse. The engine runs both ways. To back up you kill the engine, push in the ignition key then turn, and it restarts the engine going the other way. Sometimes...

Older guy I knew had one in Austria. Said driving one was like rowing a boat you had to shift so much.

I always thought they looked like an upright vacuum cleaner without the handle.
