Yep I think he is referring to the crossover intake boost bottle setup.
He also doesn't mention that the oil pump is disabled. And he really needs a new (correct) clamp on that tank cross-over fuel line
Is that a $3k bike? I honestly wouldn't ask much more for mine IF I were to sell it (no chance btw). I think mines a good bunch more better. :evil2:
