That's dirt cheap, but are they a better alternative to...?
Those must be 28's
Hmmmm :umm:
Worth it just for parts.
Bring cash and micrometer.
If they are not knock offs (the counterfeit ones had the stamps on them) then its a hell of a good deal!

I reached out via email and got no response. Told him my buddy was going that way at the end of the week and could pick them up...oh well, they're going to a good home.
Acquiring them tomorrow, Mark, message me your shipping info. It'll be what I paid + postage.....................................D :whoop:
Mark is a lucky man
What makes these so special? Hard to find?
$$. I think the current bargain price is about $105 each from Partzilla, so $60 for the pair was the proverbial screamin' deal. Good teamwork, Mark & Dennis!

They look like authentic PWK carbs. Not a knockoff that you can get for 20 dollars. They are so easy to tune and have great response. I am currently using the OKO (Taiwan knockoff of PWK, MUCH better), its been a much easier road than my VM28 (and I love those carbs). Also the wide range of jets are available at an afforable price :)
Update: 15003-1643 PWK28s via Kawasaki appear now to be in the $135 ballpark. $105 is now the going used price on eBay, and Treatland sells a PWK, let's call it a tribute, by Polini for $167 that seems to use Keihin jets, needles etc.
Quocle603 do the OKO carbs use Keihin jets or do we need to find OKO jets?
real okos use keihin brass

Yup, $133 now.
Still a bargain if you ask me.
Sadly, the ones I got almost a year ago for $106 are still in the box they came in.
I'll get back at it soon
I can feel it.

Yep! What Mark said. The OKO (Taiwan) quality is much better than the Chinese clones, but I am not sure of the stuff they are pumping out to day. the PWK carbs are probably some of the most popular carbs for a lot of builds due to how great they are and affordability. I just love how I can parts for my carb without spending a ton of money :)
Got em yesterday , dgorms gave me the super duper hookup, and its MUCH appreciated.
btw, they measured 29.5 @ the motor size, so 30's. even better. yes, i have a plan for them. :cheerleader:
huge thanks again. :patriot:
still envious.
You're welcome Mark, I figured they were going to a place where they would be utilized! And remember "Bike Lives Matter"...........................D
