Anybody know the od of the swing arm on a RD350?

As I recall it's like slightly over 1.25", something like 1.26" or something odd like that. It doesn't come out to an even metric size either.

Yep, ask a simple question and get a semi retarded answer.
I measured mine on the weekend, but cant find where I wrote it down and my brilliant memory has already forgotten exactly what it was.
I can remeasure again tonight, but I kinda wanted to work something out now.

I measured 1.265" with paint.

So yeah, I was spot on.

rd250/350/r5 use the same swingarm.

i just measured the 75 here. 31.85mm with factory original paint...... or 1.2539"

I measured in like 5 spots and the only place mine is 1.25 is down near the dropouts. The rest is 1.26" or more. But my paint could be thick. .005" on D is suppose isn't unreasonable.

2 part epoxy on mine.

It's odd they didn't pick 1.25" or 32mm.

id bet its 1.25" spec and slightly misformed in welding and handling and such.
