i read that as he stopped at the top end rebuild and its apart. hes way too high for a bike thats apart & not anywhere near running. .

Considering the cleaning time and the pipes it would be worth throwing an offer at him if it was a bit closer. Not worth a 5 hour drive though, loosing some negotiation power in not wanted to make the drive back empty handed.

Its been on CL for a month now, so he must have realized by now he is not getting his price.. Negotiate before you make the drive, all he can say is no.
