I have two different cylinders and two rebuild kits and cant seem to get the rear brake up to pressure, All my homies have took a swing without luck, Any advice would be much app!
Have you tried reverse bleeding? That's the only way I have ever been able to bleed rear brakes and you can purchase a cheap tool to a really nice kit. Works great on cars too!
:agree: try a big syringe from a farm supply store, and push fluid from the caliper to the master cylinder.
Hey Todd, it's been a long time man :olaf:
Like said above, reverse bleed with a large syringe. A tiny amount of teflon tape around bleed screw threads. Also try cracking the banjo slightly to let any air escape. Leave the brake pressed down over night. Mine actually cured itself after all the above and then letting sit for about a week. I had quite an ordeal trying to get mine working right late last year.
Also make sure that the small bleed hole in the master housing is clear and clean. Chuck recommends reaming it with a #53 (.0595") drill bit. I used a small piece of wire and then ran it through my ultrasonic.

Good to see you too again after all this time. We'll get it sorted out. After running the 2 master housings through the ultrasonic they look better. The bores cleaned up and are pretty smooth, just a little 'marbling' appearance in one where the corrosion was. When we're ready to rebuild I'll bring them back over along with my reverse bleed kit.
