Mines dead stock and pulls from 3500 no issue. I do agree, the stock baffles are probably pretty restrictive but not that bad if every-things stock. IF anything, fitting rd baffles will solve any issues but i havent seen any.

I will say, when i had the r5 28mm carbs it ran better mid to up top with those and a y-boot and k&n, but suffered down low (no surprise there).   the shit people come up with. Most of what he describes can be attributed to low ignition system voltage. think about it....  :twocents:
