Title: petcock sizing
Post by: dammitsparky on April 04, 2022, 08:29:38 PM
I have a Benelli tank with the weird 10mm petcock size, one for each carb.. i am running vm28s on an rd400 with just chambers and the castings cleaned up (nothing crazy). all the petcock i find to fit chocke down to what i measure as a 1/4 inch.. if i feed each carb separately would that provide enough fuel without worrying about starvation?
appreciate any thought or solutions.

As long as the tank is venting well you shouldn't have any problems......................................D
