Title: RD Fuse Block
Post by: Milan on April 22, 2022, 02:36:25 PM
Had loose fuse on RD
Went to tighten the clips, and one broke off.
Top right of pic

Searched the web.
Does anyone know where to get these crimp on holders.

A few years back I had the same issue and tried to find the same style terminals to rebuild the OEM block, but was unsuccessful.

If one contact broke others will probably follow. Things tend to fall apart after 40+ years -- both bike parts and people.
Your best bet is likely to be replacement of the entire fuse block with a new unit.

EDIT: If you find suitable replacement holder components for the OEM block please post it here.

I looked for that.
Unfortunately that harness is wrapped up with 2 other ones and then routed around back for plug in.
So I could get a new block & just leave the wires = but that would drive me crazy.
So I would have to unwrap them

Yep, the others broke as well

Maybe modify a female spade connector to try & hold.

Or these:
