not that im are but its super easy if you know how to work a soldering iron.

Ok, my friend tried and he broke something ! so thought i will get some advise.  how often we should replace these brushes and springs  :umm:

theres a wear line on them when you pull the holder out.

what broke? are there pics?

If I had to bet, it was the brush isolator, that Bakelite plastic breaks real easy.
