First year going, anyone from the forum racing or coming to watch? I am just there watching this year but bringing my RD, GT80 and Trailmaster100 to get around on. May be looking to do a little buy and selling as well, looks like a great event.
I always intend to go but the Pittsburgh Vintage GP typically conflicts and is a much easier and less costly trip. Also not a fan of the ama either so happy to take my $ elsewhere.
You'll have fun though, it's nice and big, typically well attended and nice to ride around to spectate.
The guys I know that go religously shop early if theyre looking for something specific and arent to concerned about price and shop late for deals on stuff that sellers dont really want to take home.
The Triumph/BSA rally guys will be there selling their raffle bike tickets, grab a flyer and come to the fall rally. Its low key camping style but its a good location, they do group rides and you can compete in observed trials at almost any level of talent or bike practically for free.
I always try for vintage days but am always at the Pittsburgh Vintage GP with the race car.
It sounds like a blast and Mid Ohio is one of the greatest tracks in North America.
Ill be there. Taking 7 bikes out. Ill have the 75 RD350, 82 YZ250, 74 RD350, YZ250x and a few scooters
I've wanted to go since hearing about it. Yet again, life happens.
I do Barber instead.
I'll be there in the swap meet. Bringing my RD, an IT200 and a little MTD mini bike. It's my favorite event of the year.

I'll keep my eye out for your RD, it is a cool build!
Everybody I know that goes says it is a total blast at MO vintage days. I personally love the place. It is like a park. The track is incredible, it has amazing character.
I don't see anyway it couldn't be amazing. Unfortunately I have a conflict every year.
