I saw that... It's missing the entire lower cases. I mean... sure most of the rest is there, but not for $3500.
This dude is local to me. He's always selling things overpriced. I asked him about a price for just the engine parts, so he sent me cropped pictures from the ad of just the engine parts. When I asked about crank measurements, he sent me 2 pictures of the crank. Doesn't look like the deal will be happening. If you sell a 2 stroke crank that's been pulled from the cases do you really believe people aren't going to ask for the measurements to make sure it's in spec?
