Is this normal for the mounting of DG pipes?

Or mybe the PO fabbed up something different.

Are they mounted to that upper rubber mount?

My DGs are from the 70's and are bolted on the foot pegs.

Yes, they are mounted to the outside of the upper footpeg bolt.

Maybe the pipes are for a regular RD400, not the G.
So the PO modified to fit.

They sound good
