Anyone know anything about these?

Whats the difference between them & the RD's of the same approximate CC's?

It's a single cylinder. The '76 C-model is Chappy Green

Some more detail on the model...
it was only available 2 years in the States, 1975 and 1976. The '76 is actually kind of rare due to it's low production. Based on serial numbers released by Yamaha they only made something like 1660 of them (and 9430 for '75)
Frame and engine numbers begin with 465- on both years.
The '75 RS100B is Competition Green, CPG 00K1
The '76 RS100C is Chappy Green, CKE 00K9

Drum brakes front & rear.
Similar appearance and graphics to the RD125 & RD200 for the same years. Easy to tell them apart from the RD models (even from a distance) due to color, and the single exhaust, cylinder and carb.

Some other countries got an RS125 and a RS200

@SoCal250
The RS200 was a 2 cylinder. In fact a low key RD200.
We had the RS100 in Germany also but very few were sol here also. Our RS100 models overhere had a disc brake at the front. But overall spoken it is a boring bike. It was more intended as a low key bike for the asian markets.
A couple of years ago I owned one exactly like the one in the pic.

In the Norwegian market, the RS100 was the successor of the piston port LS2 twin 100 cc (which was a smaller brother of the AS3 125 cc, and the CS5 200 cc)
The RS had a reed valve intake from the start, but the first model/ models had a rounded fuel tank very similar to the LS2, later were more angular. Same kind of design change as the RD series, from the rounded tank of R5 and RD350 to the angular tank of the RD400.
Also, a RSX135 was (is?) sold in the Asian market for a looong time. So it may well be possible to get cylinder, crankshafts, etc from Indonesia or Malaysia.  35 cc more should make a noticeable difference on a 100 cc engine.
