I am finally getting the last parts put together to complete my '75 RD350 project w/400 engine.

I bought Garrett's Blue/Gold Dot front upgrade kit and since the rear line ngs have separated from the rear shoes I am asking for opinions on the best pads and rear shoes.

There are a multitude of choices for pads, but only 3 for shoes - Vesrah, EBC and DP sintered metallic.

I am very cautious using the rest brake for obvious reasons and would like opinions from those that have done the upgrade their opinions.

I'm an EBC guy. Multiple shops use them.

But, Vesrah works in a pinch if the EBC is OOS or too expensive.
