https://www.ebay.com/itm/354646930981 Looks very clean.
Looking forward to seeing where this ends up. :metal:
That is a pretty one, and in the color scheme I like. I don't have that kind of cash, but maybe someday ...
i can guarantee the paint work alone was over 3k, I know BD cycles, they are expensive, but do insanely good quality work.

... you tryin' to tempt me??
is that a rhetorical question?
those were the paint guys we saw at the meltdown when you guys were there.
I'm curious to see what it fetches as they don't pop up very often and when they do they are asking silly money for them. An LC is the one bike I have wanted for 10 plus years but can't find one.
I need to get off my butt and sell my Aprilia RS250 as I don't have room for another bike so one must go to make room for a future LC.
How much for the RS? I know I can't afford it but one can dream....
It's a 96' Chesterfield and I'm the 2nd owner. It is mint with 9,000 miles on the odometer and all original bodywork. Only mods are Arrow exhaust, braided brake lines and I did a full engine rebuild with new crank, cylinders and billet power valves a few years back. I have only done 4 heat cycles on it since and rode it up and down the street since the rebuild. The engine build was documented with lots of pics and I have receipts for everything. It's California tilted and registered correctly as a 96' Aprilia RS250. I'm hoping for $15K with Bring A Trailer.
Worth every penny I am certain. Regrettably out of my price range unless you are interested in trading for a John Deere 467 Mega-Wide hay baler in good shape ( asking 10K) and a Kuhn Digi-Drive hay tedder (asking 5K) also in good shape. I just retired from farming and am selling off my equipment. Thanks for the reply and good luck with the sale.

As soon as my garage warms up, I'll be detailing this and getting pics ready for BAT.

Almost everything is new, improved, or rebuilt.
It is gorgeous.
I followed your build on that RZ and love everything you've done with it. Probably the only one here in the US. GLWS!
I actually have the same bike as Jim's, haven't gone through it yet though. He turned me on to it.
Wait... It's an LC you're selling right? Or is it an RZ?
It's a JDM model RZ350 which is the same as RD350LC. I'm sure there are some differences which Jim can chime in on.
It's a JDM "RZ 350" according to the numbers.

Wait... It's an LC you're selling right? Or is it an RZ?
It's a 1981 JDM RZ350/RD350LC
In Japan it was known as RZ350 4U0, and RD350 4L0 everywhere else. The "LC" is unofficial, and added to differentiate it from the aircooled RD350 (A&B). Technically, I believe it's an RD350H worldwide and RZ350 in Japan.
Our '84-'85 RZ350 is known as RZ350R in Japan to differentiate it from the earlier '81-'83 RZ350/RD350LC

No bids on the Mars Bar and it ends today
Relisted https://www.ebay.com/itm/354663017705
I guess his third time, but finally a bid.
Unfortunately, although being mostly stock and complete, this bike just doesn't present very well.
Few details, and no detail pics.
I'd be leery to spend $10k+ with such little info.
Here's the current gallery got MY LC listing on BaT. No fcuking stone unturned.

That said, I am not 100% happy with the pics I got. The colors don't pop, and the rusty gas cap and head bolts are a buzz kill. I cleaned all that stuff up. Planning to re-shoot this weekend if the Oregon Spring weather cooperates. 🤣

We'll see if it actually sells. I would be willing to bet it falls through with a bidder who has a 2 feedback rating. And it likely has a reserve too.
Like you said with just 1 bid 99.9% will not sell, even if unknown to seller bidder. Almost certainly bidded hoping someone else would and save him from himself. Doesn't it always say in ebay ad if there is a reserve?
:dawg: I called it. It was relisted less than 24hrs after it "sold". How does that happen? Normally you need to wait for at least 4 days for payment before you can cancel and relist.
Sold Apr 3, 2023

You would think he would also accept offers to see what he might get.
I guess he figures eighth time is a charm. https://www.ebay.com/itm/354791252968
