That's a good looking bike. Is the fork leg reversed? Caliper should be on the back side?

350s have them on the front like that.  I think they moved to the back for the 400s.

parts -and- labor. still, ridiculous claim but depending where he shopped and paid to turn the wrenches..

99% of that is off the shelf stuff. is that an xs tank? i swear ive seen pics of this bike before.

He might be including the cost of thr bike itself too, still high but not as bad.

Stock RD350 gas tank would be better in my opinion.

Agree, XS too bulbous even better a 400's tank. Shape alone would look better and straight at seat junction.
