They must have sold more here that color than yellow, you sure see a lot more of the red now.

It's not quite a U.S. 1985 red and white scheme, but close. As Dennis knows, it's definitely not the same as a 1984 U.S. Red and white, either.

It is a US model 1985 RZ350 NC2. It may be a California only model, can't quite remember. I know of several in this area. Edit: Looking at my photo and the ebay one I believe the NC2 was California only with the carbon cannister. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That sounds right, the bike for sale's fairing has been painted differently.

You're not wrong, Ken. Dennis is also right; it's all about the fairing. Long time since I had a red front fender, too

Oh I see. Looks like they added some red to the lower portion of that upper fairing. Possible crash or drop repair.
