Ordered needle and seats from partzilla, supposed to be here today. Got an email today, " Due to manufactures blah blah blah they won't be here til late June ! They took my money in a heart beat though. :bang:
:confusing2:
Partzilla let me down last year. When I tried to call at 8am the message said that the phone lines were closed for the day due to call volume. So they had pissed a lot of other people off as well.
Now I order from CMSL in Holland. Looks like they have stopped the free shipping above a certain $ value, but hey, at least you get reasonably good service.
I have had very good results getting Mikuni parts from Niche Cycle. No affiliation.

Depending on what it is I get mine from Economy Cycle or Niche.

Agree, ordered from them a few weeks ago and my order shipped very fast. Well packaged with all the small parts separately bagged in little zip locks.
I've bought from Jets R US with good service.
They have both aftermarket and oem.

Customer experience the past few years on OEM parts from Partzilla has been poor. On nearly every order I have sent in, the parts show as being in stock or available in 2-3 days. However after the order is placed the ETA for the parts to arrive in stock keeps moving out a few days at a time. Sometimes this goes on for a month. I've had two separate orders that had to have items cancelled because the date kept moving until it was months out like Dennis'. In both cases they contacted me after a few weeks and said that the parts were backordered and needed to be cancelled if I didn't want to wait, as it would hold up my entire order. I think I posted about this hassle here previously.
All of this happened to multiple times.
I just stopped ordering from them
Sorry to say, but Ebay is good for parts.
all stuff listed is in stock, you get notified of shipment.
And can send stuff back if damaged on ebay"s dime.
Pricing may be higher tho
yambits and economy cycle are good options as well. .02
John at Economy comes through again!
