Title: R5 Carb Internals....
Post by: AAAltered on May 31, 2019, 09:45:13 AM
I had the R5 carbs off for ultrasonic cleaning today and found that while both have 5DP7 needles, the emulsion tubes are different.  One is a 169-00 and one is a 182-00.

Which is correct and should I bother to be concerned?

Yup, double checked one is a 182.  Been like that since 2014 build I would say....

*Maybe* a DS7 tube.  I found a reference:

SERIES 182
VM26 ROUND SLIDE BODY

Doesn't a DS7 run VM26's?
