A guy on the RGV forum was asking about it and bidding on it for a while...
But no verification of engine condition, and severely limited parts availability.

Just an observation, but one thing I noticed is that the frame number stamping on the SPR is very different from other 3XV versions. I looked at other SPRs I could find and they all have the same style. Both the font and the method appear to be different from other 3XVs, and the pad area is textured.

I wonder if in 95 on up yamaha possibly used a different method of stamping...? Or a replacement frame that was stamped / etched at a later date.
