these will go right in w no other mods to the motor . the upside is it has double the reeds, and they are 1 pc. Ideal for running stock up to 30mm carbs.

open up the left and right ID of the reed stuffer on the v force with a round file. they are a bit small on the sides, you need to remove about 1/2-1mm per side.

install like stock unit, but use gasket between reed and intake as well. will need ot trim ears off  astock intake if you have one.

Should mention UPP manifolds are flat-backed without ears, and go straight on without trimming.

I had a tough time getting trimmed stock manifolds to seal.

true. I haven't had an issue personally, but i finish them off on a block w sandpaper. (if i use the stock ones). the upps are def better way to go though.

Would you recommend that tack life caliper? I love the big display, and I see they're inexpensive

What noticeable change(s) in performance?
Or, do you need a certain modification to see a real benefit?

Thank you, Mark!  Threads like this make this site a gold mine versus all the white noise in the fb groups.

Did this to a mildly modded 350B, and it made a nice difference versus stock cages & petals.  Removed a flat spot down low, and generally runs cleaner & crisper.

Great info here and worthy of performing.

I do want to give an update to the reeds shown to the new set I just bought. I guess a revision has been done? The reeds shown have a square inlet. The ones I just got are round on the inlet.
Yes they are the same part number and are real Moto Tassinarri V3 reeds.
I'll get photos for comparison later.

the pics you saw had the reed stuffer out, they have round inlets when all together. i think a pictures dropped or i never had them in the post. I just edited it up top. (my bad)   the stuffer is shown now.  fwiw, that needs to be run or the reeds cam move around.
it should just slide out the back to be modded then pushed back in.  :gentleman:
