Plate missing from PO.
Are these available?

 VIN tag. These are required on importation in the U.S. They used to put them on in the customs lot years ago on the driver's door latch pillar on cars. It still has the VIN stamped on the headstock? It doesn't look like it ever had a tag.
The tag shown is German so it came here in a roundabout way.
Some collector vehicles have reproduction VIN tags available. I don't know anything about this company but they're advertising VIN plate repros.

vin tag 'plate' was not on all of them. mine never had one, japanese market 1kt. just the vin on the neck. 2ma is canada or europe. having the rivet holes there tells me it should have had one.

The white top bike came from Italy.
It was de-registered there so no Italian title cam with it.
Sent a picture of the VIN on the headstock to Saints.
He got a Tennessee title for it. Took it to Florida DMV for title
Bottom bike came from UK, then prior from Germany based on your comment?

So TZR250R (restricted) ? I'll have to go over to storage and check mine 1 day. It is JDM R model, owned by US sailor who brought it back to US in container on ship. Titled and registered in SF.
mines not a restricted model. not sure about milans.
