"Can I use 1983 RZ350 Carbs on 1977 RD400. May I know the Pros and Cons.

yes they will work. yes they will fit. the jetting is TOTALLY wrong for a 400. they are 26mm while rd400 came with 28s.

Saw Carbs for sale in local ad, was thinking whether I can use it for my RD400 Build.
The carbs I have has Fuel in connection loose.
thats it? the brass spigot? -very- slightly deform it, and use green loctite and press back into the carb body. :twocents:

Cambridge ones are a good price. May have to snap them up.
