Has anyone run a pair of TM32s and used the remote cable idle adjustment screw from a TM33 pumper? I'm running a pair of TM32 on my RD350 and want to cable adjust the right carb instead of pulling my filter and knotting up my fingers to get to the idle screw between the carbs.
I have TM34's and can reach the RH idle screw with a long screwdriver from the left side in front of the carb without removing anything. Giving the RH carb a bit of a twist can help
i can get to my 32 RH carb with a LONG thin flathead. from the left as well. not super easy but its def doable.
Thanks, but I'm looking for a solution that doesn't require removing my air filter, which blocks the screw on my bike. I have a Ramair filter for Weber carbs that slides over both bell mouths. Not a huge deal to remove it, but it causes the filter to wear prematurely with too much back-and-forth. I can certainly fabricate my own solution, just curious if the TM33 pumper shares the same size hole.

can you drill and tap the other side of the carb?

I have similar Ramair filters and they do not block the screw at all. Can you post a pic of how you have them installed?

You're right, I can squeeze a long screwdriver in the opening where the arrow is. I just want a finger adjust next to the left carb's adjust. I'll figure it. Thanks. I've had a couple DR350's that ran the pumper, so I should have one lying around. Just can't find it in the storage closet.

That^^^
IF the slide is machined on both sides for an idle screw. I am not familiar enough with the TM slides.
How often do you need to adjust the idle?

Not enough to be going through all this effort. LOL Like everyone says, it's really not that hard to reach with a screwdriver. It's more something I wish I did when I built the engine, so figured I'd do it now. This is probably my ADHD working on the bike at this point.
