Title: 1974 RD350 - Changing Exhaust from DG to Stock, What to expect
Post by: KANDY on May 01, 2025, 09:42:13 PM
Hi All,
Planning to change the exhaust from DG Pipes to Stock.
The Cylinder is ported as per previous owner and bottom end power is less, picking up at 4500 to 5000 RPM Top end is Strong. Running on Y-Boot with K&N. The Question is What I should expect once I do this change. Changing because - Like the Stock Look.

itll gain some bottom end back im sure, jetting needs to change  a bit and it will def be better. TBH id run stock pipes over dgs any day . expect the power to die off before 9k

I'm going to give those improved baffles from Yambits a try. In process getting my 350 back together and will run stock pipes to go get it inspected and registered before modding.
