The dyno sheet from Oshimo's place is also a clue that it was likely Rob's build.

Yep, angry bumblebee just taking a break in front of the garage door.
Just a footnote: the current seller is not the original builder (Robert) but it seems he did an update on it with new paint/graphics and some other bits (which he refers to as a "restoration"). Robert had a fleet of modified bikes like this one, many with LC conversions similar to this, but he sold them off about 4-6 years ago.
