Anyone? I'll be there camping with the yellow R5...

I won't be there, but I love your bike. It's awesome.
I'm headed down with a buddy for the weekend. Staying off site though.
I'll be in the swap with my LC conversion and lots of junk for sale.
I'll be there with some small yamaha twins for sale, let me know if anyone needs RD/R5 parts
I met the guys from Dream Cycles on eBay and Roy's Rides.
I kept an eye out for AAAltered and his R5 but I didn't see him. We made a huge mistake since we'd never been there before by just walking. :toot:
Was hoping to see someone else with the 2sw shirt on, but no luck!
I was there on Friday. Almost pulled the trigger on that RD125, and now really wish I had.

Photos? What were they asking?
No photos, but he was asking $3,200. It looked and sounded mint.
I saw thar one, it was pretty nice..
Was it just me or were there no real "deals" to speak of? I saw one bike for $700 completely roached in the swap meet, but it was all there. I think it was an RD, but I can't remember. The swap meet was almost too big lol.
We kept a lookout for a few things, but struck out on everything we wanted to find part wise. Was actually surprised by that.
I think if there was a deal to be had it would have been parked along the grass near the road.
I mean I saw that rd125 and it was nice I guess, but was it $3200 nice? That's what a nice RD350 goes for.
Come to the Tenino swap meet next month; I'll be dealin'! I don't want to bring anything home.

If that's true I need to make some road trips to the midwest with a a big trailer and some $$$. :nanahit:
I didn't see the RD125 but that price is in the ballpark for a nice one so not really a deal.

I just sold my RD200 for $3000 and IMO think it a nicer, better bike than that particular 125. But I did like the 125.
As for "bargains" I didn't see too many. One that had me eyeballing was a Honda SL350 that seemed tired but all-there for $500 iirc.
For sale I think I spotted 5 R5/DS7, 7 RD350, and no 400's other than a roadside Daytona. Also 1 125, and some nice older Yamahas such as matching green high pipe 250's and many older ones that I can't ID on site.
Next year I'll try to remember to do a photo montage with prices... I'm guessing the Midwest numbers are different than other geo's...
I watched a YT vid from Garage2Trail and that event is huge! Looks like a blast. Would love to get out there some time for it, but it's a little bit of a trek for me.
It was my first time and it was great. But, it's definitely overwhelming if you have no wheels with you. There was a golf cart rental stand for $720 all weekend. Yeah... nope.

Pit bike, moped, tiddler....
