Haven't seen one of these in  while. Based on the WWII Welbike made by Excelsior in the UK. And ironically I just happened to see a 1942 model with the Villiers 98cc 2-stroke engine on display with a matching Willys at the last OC Vintage Bike meet a few weeks ago. The handlebars fold down so it can be stowed in a cannister for parachuting into battle.

I think this was the nicer of the two recently listed and it sold for less
