Title: RZ350 Power/Torque
Post by: 2steve on September 18, 2026, 04:45:24 PM
I keep looking at these charts for YPVS programming clues.
The HP/Torque for an RZ350 with varying power valve settings makes it look like you should be at 100% open at 7400 rpm, (but with unknown pipes). Also, maybe, 100% closed until 6500 rpm regardless of pipes.

The Toomey pipe comparo is interesting, especially when you see what stock Canadian RZ pipes did for torque and power.

My RZ with Toomeys has this wild torque push at maybe around 7k that comes across as a pleasant surge forward with possible clutch slipping. Doesn't feel like the clutch is slipping, but sounds like the rpms are not climbing with the increased speed.

Wondering about changing the Zeel settings.

My PV is set to start opening at 5000, full open around 7000.
