Judy bought the economy cycle rubber exhaust joints (for the header pipe gap of the stock RD400 pipes), but unlike the HVC more expensive joints, they don't have that "heat" barrier to protect the rubber from being dried out and cracking from the heat of the pipes.
Q: would I cut to fit some header wrap before install or does some engineer :whistle: have a better idea for a quick fix. Titanium wrap or similar? maybe even high temp silicone self fusing marine tape? (i know a quick fix)
