Title: Shock length and options?
Post by: oxford on July 19, 2019, 07:26:46 PM
I thought I remember reading that the Rd can benefit from some longer shiocks.  How long are we talking?  This is for a 350 with a 400 swingarm on it.

Are Hagon shocks the go to for mid level options?  Now with Works shocks done what is at the upper end of shocks?  While on the topic has anyone ever had a pair of redwing hammerhead shocks on a RD.  Any fitmemt issues with the reservoirs?  I know they aren't really that great but I always think they are cool when I see them.

I like my progressive 12s from Economy Cycle. Very responsive.

My only comparison are the stock shocks.

13.25" shocks seem to work well length wise. i've seen hammerheads on rds but i think there can be clearance issues.
