right piston trashed. found that the carb needle was sticking and bent

Step 2 is brakes. Not here to discuss what works, just showing you what im doing.

FZR400 EBC rotor. This one is 282mm so slightly larger than stock.

Custom spacers in the mail and I have an R1 caliper ready for measurements.

This plastic 3d print is our test adapter for the radial mount. Real one will be aluminum

Maybe a moderator could move my thread to haus of projects?
