Quote from: SoCal250 on October 13, 2025, 01:58:31 PMWhile out on a ride Saturday I spotted this and had to stop for a pic. I'll bet the ride is pretty breezy! Imagine being in this thing and getting plowed into by a Suburban or Ram.

i know this may sound odd, but how far over does the bike lean on the side stand?? it could have a bent or shorter side stand. i have seen several older bikes lean really at a precipitous angle almost falling over. set up straight and see if it stops

staying at Redondo brings back a lot of good memories!! I was based at El Toro in the late 70s and early 80s. I wore those streets out on my brand-new Kawasaki gpz1100. Racked up a few thousand miles in a short time. At 63 i still wear the streets out on one of my numerous bikes, (my fave) rz350 :love eyes:  :love eyes: I'm in that area often since most of my flights start in LAX.

do you by chance have a rusty frame issue? very common with Tacoma's in salty environment or where they salt the roads in winter. causes all kind of ground issues and electrical gremlins!!  :bang:  :bang:

wrong front brake reservoir, looks like the front wheel is the wrong size, headlight ears don't look right, seat strap looks like poop, braded front brake line wasn't factory, don't remember if the rear brake pedal came painted black??

i know you have probably looked already, but is all the ceramic still on the plug?? that ceramic is really hard and could cause some issues!!
