The RZ has been my go-to for decades. The 'tuna hasn't seen much action yet, but I have to admit that it's more comfortable and faster.

Quote from: busa1300 on October 19, 2025, 06:38:35 AMSo the new classes should be:
Moto3: 125cc 2 stroke single
Moto2: 250cc 2 stroke twin
MotoGP: 500cc 2 stroke 4-cylinder

Yes, that's correct

Small world; I grew up in Wenatchee. Graduated in '86, bought a CB750F and my RZ350 from that shop...Roger? was the salesman. Kevin was in parts, and was endlessly patient with my teenage dumb ass. That 750f got me a job across the river at Wenatchee Honda, where I lasted about a year. My mom still lives there.

Did your dad buy the bike in East Wenatchee? I can't remember the old name of the Yamaha shop there, but it might have been Johnson's.

I haven't had that exact experience, no, but I paid full asking price for a lawnmower part and the seller refunded me within a day with the stock reason "missing or damaged". He relisted the item a day later, same pictures and description, but tripled the shipping. I sent the seller messages asking what the problem was, and got the reply: "You're the problem". I left 'em negative feedback, but they haven't left me any yet. Fleabay indeed.

Ooohhhh, Seattle gets February this year. Fantastic; in case you don't get around this way very often, they forgot to put a roof on the football field in Seattle.  :busey:

Wait...do my eyes deceive me, or is there a set of hard end-capped filters in use in the haus of Haase?
Are you saying that a piston ported engine tolerates the hard end caps?
