The seat looks a lot like a Giuliari.  I've never seen one with that script on the side.  What does the back say?

Looks like a 71.  The seamed pipes are also an indicator of earlier bikes.

I took a few years off myself.  In the past five years the event has really exploded.  Attendance seems way up.  Part of the camping area is a giant party.  I've been 8 times I think and yea, rain makes a mess.  I've been through dry years, wet years, and torrential years.  I gave up tent camping because I'm old.  Now I rent a Transit and have a hauler and camper all in one.

I rarely have anything I "need" to buy, usually stupid shit like a moped.  I keep an eye out for reasonable Irridiums, etc.  I usually spend hours going through stuff in the swap meet, which has grown to something like 800 + vendors???

Thankfully I've never been there for a full washout.  I always meet many many cool people and see all sorts of exotica.

Always a good time.  I'll be camping with my yellow R5 and red Moped...

Anyone else planning?

Hahahaha guess where I live...Two blocks from the ocean, 50+ winds, and potentially 3 feet of snow.

Holy Hell.  This a is a 2sq mile town with under 5000 permanent residents.  Small small world.

I haven't seen this around, buts it's now on my watchlist.

I did the HVC relo kit years ago, and I just found some pictures.
I had to have the spring hook rotated 180, and put a rubber washer on the stand where it comes up close to the pipes.  Recommended.

Wow.
- So HVC was repopping, I don't see them on their site any more.
- HVC shows a set of Wiesco+1.0 in stock but they MAY need a different bore clearance than yours.
- Yambits OEM and Wossner are out of stock.
- Economy doesn't show any but you should at least call John and ask.
- One Ebay seller appears to have a complete Wossners +1 set.  Search out seller bikebuzzard2.

Many of us went through an R5 piston drought in the 00's, then some reproduction (Wossner, HVC...) and OEMs starting showing up from peoples stashes.  Seems like we are back in a drought.  My +.75 HVC top end has about 3000 miles on it.  Fingers crossed.

Good luck.  Keep searching.  They exist.

Keep in mind that some markets including th UK called them YR5's...

Tell us Dennis's ashes are in that tank...
My wife has been instructed to run a pinch of ashes through my motorcycles.

Did you fab those hangers?  They look much more robust than the ones on his EBay advert.
