Those looks awesome. I wish I had done that with my RD125's I had. Sold them because of the carbs.

As for jets. I have an account  with Treats. So that saves some money. But the needle and needle jet are coming from JetRUs.

Update.
I printed the info out. Drilled out the brass ball cover. Drilled the air jet to the 5/16"/2mm hole but the jets won't come out. My understanding is that you drill them out to the 2mm to get them out? Right?
The photos are just of the brass ball cover being removed.

Wow. Great info. Never heard of that. Would it be an upgrade to replace the carbs with bigger? Like stock Banshee carbs? Theres a set locally cheap. Anyone use Polini CP carbs? I have good luck with them on small boar bikes and peds. Fully tunable like Mikunis

Looking at the needles now. They are 5L1 and holders are 175P-2.

I for got to add some other info.

Banshee intakes with X-over pipe. Suzuki RM100 VForce 3 reeds.

The carbs that were on the bike were jetted with pods but all stock bike.
The main is a china jet with no markings, the pilot is a 30.

Turning Wrenches / Another Jetting question

I found the Jetting Poll spread sheet to check for jetting my bike. I didn't see anything that was close to my bikes build.
'77 RD400
4th over boar, stock porting, stock heads and stock VM28 carbs w/ Uni pods. HPI ignition, Chambers.

Could anyone please advise? Its an all new motor and dont want to mess it up,

Great info here and worthy of performing.

I do want to give an update to the reeds shown to the new set I just bought. I guess a revision has been done? The reeds shown have a square inlet. The ones I just got are round on the inlet.
Yes they are the same part number and are real Moto Tassinarri V3 reeds.
I'll get photos for comparison later.
