Has a rd400 and don't trust it lol well use to ride a kh400 30k miles a year and just filled the tank at every stop for gas. Quakerstate green oil :) Traded the bike in for a KH500 lol with 77k miles.... check your oil always and smile driving off.

I have returned to stock pipes on my rd400 and agree on all points

closed throttle lean. close airscrew a bit or bigger pilot jet.

I just picked up the 69 H1 with CDI ouch them plug wires bite hard adjusting the car carb Idle ! With it running.. orig mileage is 7200 ... electrics are 👍 going to buy an all in one ign box though... peace of mind commuting 👍

Chambers on. Spigots sealed with high temp sealant.

I'll be honest, the 5/8 master is too big even on a stock setup, brake feels wooden to me.

on my 72 r5 w rd front and stock brake, i run this exact unit.

Wood like feels is a perfect description evn back on my old tx500 back in the 70's :)....So Mark are you saying a 13mm master feels better as I'm looking for a new master cyl for my 400 '''' just asking :)

I bought the 600 lb harbor frieght carrier and used it recently. worked fine easy to load and unload on the back of my f150...carrying my rd400.

Yes using it on mine and I kept it white :)
