i agree with all comments
part of the problem;
i was raised to do the right thing- and that is to provide for my family- even if it kills me
so it is very ,very hard to sit around and not provide-i think i am speaking for many when i say that

i also dont think staying inside my house will do anything against a thing that can travel the world- stay alive on some surfaces for who knows how long (the list is longer than my computers memery)
i dont believe there is any such thing as an antivirus- like the flu shot??!? is that an antivirus? , if so dont get your hopes up
if it is really as bad is what they say, it wont make a difference what WE do, many will die and some will live and the world will have to go on
all this hiding from doing anything is going to leave us with NOTHING when we are truly weak
hey get those damn farmers away from that food for 2 weeks!- bye bye food
in all fairness, i am an electrician and not a doctor so take it with a grain of salt
i did have to give up trusting the "health care industry" a few years back for many reasons but mostly because an industry has no concern for my GOOD health

I'm not in a hurry with my build, so when I found a builder I trusted with a good name, I worked with him.  If you know he is not going to screw you over and do a good job, work with his timeline.  Lots of guys who do good work with the stuff they love don't make a living, or barely make a living doing what they love.  Communicate with them, see if they can light a fire to get your project done.  Just keep your emotions at bay to see if you can be positive through it.  If you think the guy will not do a good job, or screw you, then it's time to communicate your timeline and see if he can work it out.  If he has a good name, keep patient, communicate, do what you can to stress you're tired of waiting.

Don't take it from me though, I'm more patient with my project than most. . . I enjoy the build as much as the ride. . . . well maybe the build more. . . . so sad.
i posted this same question in another place and kind of got the consensus of 3-6 months as the norm
- i will continue to wait patiently and hpoe he finds time sooner than later
i feel he is a rightous man and his skills are undoubtedly worth waiting for

thank you all for sharing your thoughts

hey all, just looking for a bit of advice on how to deal with my motor builder

sent cyls and head to him on December 7 for port/bore/dome work to go with the stroker crank he is to sell me
about $3K worth of parts and labor that i am happy to pay for
i sent an email inquiring about progress a week ago- i have yet to hear back
is this normal?
im worried if i push anymore my parts will come back to me untouched

i am not here to dredge someones name thru the dirt
just looking for suggestions on what to do
thanks

Speaking of SRXs, this one sold for only $3300 at the Vegas Mecum auction last month. All stock and only 7400 miles.

pretty nice,
hate the Cadillac emblems on the side covers though :umm:

not a huge fan but his skills are just undeniable

wow, MM on the ducati rocket
that would be some kinda show, either win by huge (record setting) margin or a spectacular crash out

then again it might not be the right bike for him, some bikes and riders will just never mesh

as far as talent, Fabio sure showed some skills last season
pretty sure Yam was able to keep him, its unfortunite that M bike seems about 10HP off and he had to ride all the rubber off it to contend like he did

any info from testing about Yamaha's bike?

That MotoLanna 'arm is half the price of the TracDynamics and looks way better

Seems a no-brainer to me.

oooohweee! that swing arm is SEXY!
actually the whole ass end of that bike is to die for
really nice!

I just ordered a set for my RZ, but I also ordered a billet crossover intake from Roger @ wicked. His ad for the intake say the the combo of the intake and the Vforce blocks netted 3HP and 4ft torque in the mid range on a stock motor. With stock carbs.
I will post results when I get everything installed.
mmm, billet crossover intake, sounds tasty
please post some pics before and after install
