Holy buckets, those are gorgeous, all of 'em! Thanks Rodney
So, sapien, how about bragging on your Martek a little? I can't be the only one out here who wants to hear about it!  :popcorn2:
Oh where do I start [emoji23]

Dealing with martek is a nightmare. I paid in full and waited almost a year, then I completely lost it and had my friend drive up to martek and pick up my frame kit.
I know atleast 10 people who have paid full for various parts and are waiting since 2 years.

As nice as it looks, is definitely not worth all the back and forth BS and dealing with martek. My 2cents... stay away from this vendor.

bought the rs250 from Russ 'socal250' last year.
Bike needs a full service since it was sitting for a really long time. I will also be stripping the engine apart as I found all the coolant in the oil when I drained.
Purchased all the parts for rebuild from megazip including new crank. More parts including cougar red cylinder heads, PV and zeel ignition from tuningworks.uk.

Shooting to finish before May so I can do some trackdays on it.

Trying to finish the Gamma on the ramp in next couple of weeks. Need to straighten the birdcage, rebuild water pump, upgrade transmission gears, complete wiring, rebuild rear brake master.

Gammas are fun and very reliable.

Hope you set correct rotary valve clearance and did a leak down test.

Well my dream bike is off the lift after a long slumber and it's looking great! It started first kick no joke(after some priming) it sounds very deep and crisp. Test ride tomorrow!
Did you paint the tank to match the bodywork or is it a cover?

Arizona to Seattle is quite a climate shock.

A warm dry garage/shop helps, but not a lot of motivation to finish projects when the weatherman is calling for rain the next five months.
huge change for sure.
