I've heard that sometimes predators won't attack a mentally ill creature. That is the theory on why the Bears didn't eat Timothy Treadwell, at first.

What a story, how they quoted this so call lion woman in the link. She's definitely crazy and lucky to be alive with all her body parts.

I think it's funny how some people can do either illegal or otherwise stupid stunts, things and be all nice about it. In her case she projects that she connected with the lion and now has the lion in her. But acknowledges doing wrong and goes on to say she likes the police. As if that makes it all no big deal...she is either truly nuts, full of it or a bit of both. LOL.

It would appear that she is mentally ill. Arguably, no sane person would enter a Lion's cage.

Maybe the lion was curious about the human and felt no threat. Must not have been hungry I guess.

Well I recall the report saying there was some kinda cement filled trench between the two of them but I kinda wrote that off thinking the same as you. He probably just had supper and didn't feel like leaping over.

Two thoughts: Lion may have been afraid to get mad cow disease or perhaps it like lean meat.

I watched the movie Grizzly Man without knowing a thing about this guy. All along I was rooting for the bears.

I wonder if that gator guy got it, haven't seen him in years. The bald guy who would stick just his head out of water swimming with gators acting like one, I assume he had a bang stick or something with him.
