Been reading on the web about spoke cleaning and there are so many ways to do this. What sprays have you found that may make the task easier and what techniques do you use? I realize it is very labor intensive. Thanks!

I use white polishing compound, a 1 inch wide strip of denim and buff like you are polishing shoes.  Definitely time consuming but it looks great when your done. Its also easier if the wheel is off of the motorcycle.

^ thank you. I'll look for some old denim jeans or jorts to cut up. Easy solution would be mag wheels but costly $$$.

Luster lace works pretty well.  it comes in strips with polish on them and you wrap the strips around the spokes.

I ordered some Luster Lace and will give my impression after using it.

Just a heads up on Lace Luster Co.- I made a substantial online purchase direct from them in mid April but never received the order. Left 2 emails for follow up with order # with no response and both phone #'s listed have full mailboxes not able to take messages. I sent one more message to them that if I don't hear from them by 6/15, my next call will be to the local jurisdiction Better Business Bureau to register a formal complaint. Take this info about this company as a warning my friends.....

eBay for new spokes from Thailand! haha

For real beat up:
soak in evaporust or similar (if rusty)
Steel wool (000?)
finally Meguires Metal polish

Works well.
