Not again! FedEx

Welp FedEx managed to send a jet kit I ordered for the VL800 to a facility near me that had a large number of people quit. It's so bad that disgruntled customers made a Facebook group about it. It's been there for a week now and hasn't moved.

Peoples packages are being rerouted away and or lost. Many are getting packages absolutely destroyed.

Dynojet told me to just wait a few more days before they'll make a claim and thata fine. But FedEx is really losing me as a happy customer on this one. 

I have two.bikes and cant ride either of them.

In Canada Fedex is still doing a pretty good job delivering packages.
UPS on the other hand is a complete mess. A package my wife ordered took a month to make it across the city.
My package from Dime City Cycles made it from Florida to the local UPS depot in 4 days, than sat there for 5 weeks without moving.
I have also had them drop off other peoples packages at my place by mistake.

Dont think Ill ever be using UPS again.

as said int eh post i made forever ago, its very hub management related. some are good, some really suck. thats on the company (ups/usps/fedex/dhl whatever) though to get the hub management in line. as a whole ive had way more problems with fedex (shocker) with stuff just sitting in various hubs in various locations for days on end not moving. seems to be more widespread with them.

Today I watched the FedEx truck make a left into the development across the street.  Upon making the turn a tire that was in the truck for delivery went rolling out the open side door.   

At least he stopped and picked it up but it made me wonder how many packages go out the door and no one stops for them.
