Has anyone had a good experience with this site? The prices seem too low to be true.

Never heard of them. Seems sketchy. No physical address listed and only way to contact is via a gmail address. And based on the verbiage on some of the pages I'm guessing the seller is not a native English speaker.

That said, if you are looking for deals on Arai just buy straight from Japan. That's how I get my racing helmets. It's usually about 60% retail prices here.
